Morgan McKinley's survey of 350 senior accounting and HR professionals found 52% expect recruitment at the start of the year. Some 48% expect their salaries to increase, with a further 14% expecting salaries to grow elsewhere in the business. The number of people out of work in the three month period up until last November rose 118,000 to 2.68 million, the Office for National Statistics has revealed today.
